1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 67bd platform at https://67bd.bar (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "67bd", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Suspicious Account Activity

3.3 Account Sharing

Your 67bd account is strictly personal to you. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or manage your account in any way. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who conducted it — is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Device and Browser Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access the Platform is secure and free from malware, spyware, or keylogging software that could compromise your login credentials or session security. 67bd recommends always logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

67bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 67bd does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 2.5. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. 67bd will not be held liable for delays attributable to payment providers, banking systems, or regulatory holds outside of 67bd's direct control.

4.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and belong entirely to you. 67bd is obligated to report any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities. Any account found to be involved in money laundering or the processing of criminally obtained funds will be immediately closed and the matter referred to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

4.6 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a legitimate 67bd transaction is a violation of these Terms. Where a chargeback is found to be unjustified, 67bd reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all balances, and pursue recovery of any chargebacked amounts through appropriate legal channels.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 67bd are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, time limits, and eligible game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

67bd reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. The welcome bonus and all other promotions are available to verified, individual players who meet the promotion's stated eligibility criteria. 67bd may exclude any player from a specific promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multiple account use, or any form of manipulation intended to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies across casino or sportsbook markets to extract bonus funds without genuine risk; exploiting software errors or loopholes to generate unintended bonus credits; and using third-party automation tools to complete wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, 67bd will void the bonus and all derived winnings, and may close the account permanently.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

67bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus and begun satisfying its wagering requirements prior to any amendment will have their bonus honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of claiming, unless the amendment is necessitated by regulatory obligation or force majeure.

6 Betting Rules and Sportsbook

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the 67bd sportsbook are binding once confirmed by the Platform. 6.4 Obvious Errors in Odds

Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to software malfunction, data feed failure, or human input error — 67bd reserves the right to void any bets settled at those erroneous odds and recalculate them at the correct odds. Where the correct odds cannot be established, the bet will be settled as void and the stake returned to the player's account.

6.5 Event Cancellations and Postponements

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach the completion point required for settlement of a specific market, 67bd will settle affected bets in accordance with the rules published for that sport or market. In the absence of specific rules, stakes will be returned as void bets.

7 Casino Games and Fair Play

7.1 RNG Certification

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any identity, whether real or fictitious.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 67bd.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market.

9 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments and Termination

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 Account Closure by the Player

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
